Senior Designer / Design Manager

I’m a highly motivated lead designer with over 20 years of experience in the overall creative, strategic and production process. I am efficient, and conscientious with deep experience in the fields of print collateral, website design, corporate design and branding. This has led me to build up a large portfolio of B2C and B2B design practices, ranging from print and online/digital/social media and has enabled me to win 2 awards for designing Annual Reports.

I have a friendly attitude that allows me to operate well within any team and company. I was previously the only designer for a software company providing materials for 30+ offices worldwide, working with their marketing PR and other departments to ensure that any requirements are met in a timely, accurate and highly satisfactory manner. I then moved onto a multi-channel retail company, as their design manager, working on NPD (new product design), including packaging, branding and POS/FSDU concepts and creation.

I work with the latest Adobe Creative Cloud CC packages, and am highly skilled in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator as well as Microsoft Office for design within Word and PPT.


Working yearly on Annual Reports, I was fortunate to win 2 awards in the Netherlands and also in the UK, for best designed annual report.

  • Digital (website, apps and software) design/layout, graphics and thought processes
  • Printed collateral design and artwork production (leaflets, brochures, packaging etc)
  • Ensuring consistent customer brand experience globally
  • Social media/ blogs and press release graphics and imagery
  • Info-graphics, logos and icon creation
  • Layout and structure of HTML emails
  • Supporting executive board members and internal departments on powerpoint presentations, documentation templates and any other designs or imagery they require
  • Overseeing and guiding designers, teams and agencies globally to make sure materials produced are on-brand and accurate. Source and manage freelancers as and when required.
  • Create branded templates.
  • Packaging concepts, layout and artwork.
  • POS, FSDU and in-store display units (concept, design and artwork).
  • Branding and re-branding work – creating colour palettes and templates etc involved with a brand.
